Everything you need to know about booking a vehicle with Booking Pilot.

How do I book a vehicle?

Pick a car from the listing, choose your start and end date/time, and if it’s available, continue to checkout, accept the rental policy, and pay to confirm.
Do I have to pay the full amount, or can I pay a deposit?

You can pay in full or pay a 50% deposit now, with the balance due at pickup. Some vehicles also have their own required deposit that’s added automatically.
How are payments processed?

All payments are taken online by card through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once the full amount or deposit is paid.
Can I use a discount or promo code?

Yes enter a discount code on the vehicle page or at checkout. Some discounts are linked to your email and apply automatically.
How do I know a car is available for my dates?

Availability is checked in real time against existing bookings, so already-booked vehicles are marked unavailable and can’t be double-booked.
Can I book for a wedding, and will I get an invoice?

Yes mark the booking as a wedding/event and add the relevant details at checkout. You’ll get a booking number and a PDF invoice you can download or receive by email.
